The founder's profile

Gaetano BonfissutoBorn in 1966. He built his professional career in  Sales & Marketing areas. He has been in various senior roles in several countries (Czech Republic, USA, Denmark) and companies.

Gaetano got the MBA at MIB School of Management in Trieste. Since 2007 he is working in Staffing and Recruiting field internationally; he currently is Socialsurf Charter Member.

I believe that work with people and for people should be an interesting way to make more enjoyable the job. I worked with different companies and with various size recruiting different roles:  managers, professionals, seniors and top managers and I found really interesting meet the candidates and verify, together with other characteristics, the adaptability to the role.
